General Regulation to govern the regulations of a parity committee

On August 24, 2022, this regulation was published in the Gazette officielle du Québec.

This Regulation is the result of the collaboration of the general managers of the parity committees with the Ministère du Travail, de l’Emploi et de la Solidarité sociale, in order to, among other things, standardize and provide a framework for regulatory practices, internal management and governance.
